Erin has a sincere passion to help others and an internal drive to make a lasting impact on the world. This passion spurred the foundation of FMP Productions. Erin has taken her experiences in foundation management, event production and marketing consultation and has created a company that has a sole focus on creating innovative ways that allow people to make a difference.

Michael Minichello

Vice President

Michael is a Massachusetts native with an extensive background in hospitality leadership and operations. Raised in a family that owned and operated a small local bar in Quincy, he developed an early appreciation for the importance of community, service, and building meaningful relationships. Throughout his career, Michael has remained passionate about using hospitality as a platform to give back and create a positive impact. In his role with FMP Productions, he is proud to combine his operational expertise, leadership experience, and commitment to philanthropy to help support causes that make a difference every day.

Jared Wayland

Creative Director

Jared can be found overseeing and creating all of FMP’s visual content. With a passion for design and an eye for detail, Jared applies his talents to everything from social media graphics to full-scale identity and branding projects. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, collecting records and talking about Springsteen any chance he gets!

Haley Rosenblatt

Account Manager

When she’s not hanging at the beach, indulging in retail therapy, or soaking up the sun in Florida with her loved ones, Haley can be found working at FMP Productions as an Account Manager. Starting her journey with FMP Productions as an intern, she uses her background in Hospitality Management and her Master’s in Business Administration to create unforgettable events. Haley‘s passion for events is led by creativity and enthusiasm, ensuring that each client receives nothing short of excellence from FMP Productions.

When she’s not listening to Drake or spending time with friends on the boat at Lake Winnipesaukee, Kelsey is busy making things happen as an Account Coordinator at FMP. She’s been involved in the nonprofit world from a young age, which sparked her passion for helping others and creating meaningful experiences. Starting as an intern at FMP while completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Administration (with a minor in Entrepreneurship) at Endicott College, she quickly grew into her role and discovered how much she loves supporting clients. Known for her organization and attention to detail, Kelsey ensures every project runs smoothly and that clients have the best experience—with nothing left up to question and everything exceeding expectations.

Elizabeth Grasso

Account Coordinator

Elizabeth is an Account Coordinator with a love for theater and all the behind-the-scenes work that brings a show to life. A Bentley University graduate, she spent her college years immersed in theater, managing details, coordinating creative teams, and helping turn ideas into performances. Her background in marketing and events helps her stay organized, adaptable, and ready to tackle whatever comes next. Outside of work, Elizabeth loves spending time at Hampton Beach, hanging out with friends, and unwinding by watching Criminal Minds. She brings energy, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to everything she does both on stage and off.
