Erin has a sincere passion to help others and an internal drive to make a lasting impact on the world. This passion spurred the foundation of FMP Productions. Erin has taken her experiences in foundation management, event production and marketing consultation and has created a company that has a sole focus on creating innovative ways that allow people to make a difference.

When he’s not hitting the links or catching the final minutes of a Celtic’s game, Adam can be found planning, organizing and overseeing the day to day operations of FMP Productions. With a focus on providing the very best services to FMP’s clients, Adam utilizes his creativity, resourcefulness and hard working mentality to go above and beyond for all.

Creative Director
Jared can be found overseeing and creating all of FMP’s visual content. With a passion for design and an eye for detail, Jared applies his talents to everything from social media graphics to full-scale identity and branding projects. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, collecting records and talking about Springsteen any chance he gets!

Haley Rosenblatt
Account Manager
When she’s not hanging at the beach, indulging in retail therapy, or soaking up the sun in Florida with her loved ones, Haley can be found working at FMP Productions as an Account Manager. Starting her journey with FMP Productions as an intern, she uses her background in Hospitality Management and her Master’s in Business Administration to create unforgettable events. Haley‘s passion for events is led by creativity and enthusiasm, ensuring that each client receives nothing short of excellence from FMP Productions.

Zoe Leven
Account Manager
You can often catch Zoe cheering on the New York Rangers when she’s not working as an Account Manager at FMP. With a background in production for Bentley’s Division I hockey team and hands-on experience volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, she seamlessly transitioned her skills into becoming a key player at FMP. Once an intern herself, Zoe now leads the Internship Program, bringing her strong organizational skills, love for sports, and creative energy to drive meaningful results for her clients.

Emma Casey
Account Coordinator
Emma is a graduate of Stonehill College, where she was a member of the women’s golf team. During her time at Stonehill, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland, an experience she thoroughly enjoyed. She has professional experience as a sales and marketing intern at WCVB Channel 5 and on the game night staff team at the Boston Bruins Foundation, which have helped her in her new role as an account coordinator at FMP Productions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on Cape Cod, traveling, and being with her friends, family, and dogs.

Kelsey Ficociello
Account Coordinator
When she’s not listening to Drake or spending time with friends on the boat at Lake Winnipesaukee, Kelsey is busy making things happen as an Account Coordinator at FMP. She’s been involved in the nonprofit world from a young age, which sparked her passion for helping others and creating meaningful experiences. Starting as an intern at FMP while completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Administration (with a minor in Entrepreneurship) at Endicott College, she quickly grew into her role and discovered how much she loves supporting clients. Known for her organization and attention to detail, Kelsey ensures every project runs smoothly and that clients have the best experience—with nothing left up to question and everything exceeding expectations.

Office Manager
When he’s not at the gym, cooking, playing D&D and board games, or creating spreadsheets for fun, Zach can be found ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly as the Office Manager at FMP Productions. Holding a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration, Zach is passionate about creating a supportive environment that enables the entire team to do their best work. His keen attention to detail and enthusiasm are essential to keeping everything running flawlessly behind the scenes. This dedication to operational excellence empowers the staff to fully focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional results for our clients.
